RUSH – The Spirit of Radio (full band cover)
Recently uploaded a cover of RUSH’s “The Spirit of Radio” to my YouTube channel. We shot the video at our rehearsal last week with my bassist friend Rick Harris and my 14yr old son Ryan on the drums. We did the whole “multi-camera thing” with a GoPro and a few iPhones.
Funny anecdote, when I suggested that we learn the song, I really didn’t think it through. Singing the choruses while playing that running pull-off guitar riff was a real bear to get down.
Anyway, it’s not note-for-note accurate but we just did it for fun. Hope you guys like it!
